Do I need a prescription to order?

No. All of the diabetes supplies we carry, including syringes, pen needles, test strips, lancets, and alcohol swabs, are available over the counter and do not require a prescription.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No minimum order is required. However, orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

Can I set up auto-reorder for supplies I use regularly?

Not yet, but we are working on a subscription feature. For now, you can easily reorder from your order history.

Are your products FDA-approved?

Yes. Every product we sell is sourced from authorized distributors and is FDA-approved for use in the United States.

How should I store my supplies?

Most diabetes supplies should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always check the packaging for specific storage instructions.

What brands do you carry?

We carry a range of trusted brands including BD, TRUEplus, TRUE METRIX, Easy Touch, and more. Our catalog is always growing if you do not see a specific product, let us know.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before noon CST ship the same business day. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment. See our Shipping Info page for full details.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days. Opened medical supplies cannot be returned for safety reasons. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed over 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
