Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened diabetes supplies including syringes, pen needles, lancets, and test strips.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A fee of $11.50 for the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The $11.50 return label fee will also be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.
